Open Love Letter To New Staff: Welcome To The Family

We are closing out Human Trafficking Awareness Month with open love letters to our brand new staff and the women still out there waiting to become a part of the Rethreaded family. Our wish is that these words will give the ladies, waiting to enter our doors, the hope and encouragement they need.

Dear Sister,

I’m so excited and impatiently awaiting your presence to join our family. I know this is a new job but what I would like to pass on to you is that this became a new way of life for me. The life I had started to build for myself shortly before getting hired here only improved and became a greater one filled with goals, safety, direction, love, and true meaning. I not only took a job but I was also given a family, a sisterhood. For me, coming to Rethreaded wasn’t a decision because God’s will was for me to come here and that’s what you are doing now. You have an amazing opportunity, as we all did, and I hope you embrace it and allow yourself to be welcomed and cared for by an extraordinary group of absolutely amazing humans. You’ve probably heard this before but please trust the process, go with the flow and allow the miracle to happen because you’ve just made it home. Welcome friend, I can’t wait to meet you and work with you.

-Erin J.

Welcome my new sister,

I’m so excited that we are growing as a family. I would like to share with you just a few things about my experience here at Rethreaded. I started on July 2, 2019. I’m one of the “new kids” also. Since my first day I have felt nothing but love and kindness from everyone that works here. I really love the way we start each morning with devotion, we get to start our day in the right direction. The wonderful opportunities that Rethreaded offers are great. There is always someone available to listen and help guide you in the right direction. No matter where you are in the building, you feel love. I’m looking forward to meeting you and helping out also. Renewing hope, reigniting dreams, and releasing potential is the mission here.

-Shirley
