We are closing out Human Trafficking Awareness Month with open love letters to our brand new staff and the women still out there waiting to become a part of the Rethreaded family. Our wish is that these words will give the ladies, waiting to enter our doors, the hope and encouragement they need.
Dear New Sister,
I am so thrilled that you are about to join us. Before long you will be a part of our tribe. You will become our sister. We will have your back. We are ready with a listening ear, a warm hug and fierce loyalty. Here your tears will be honored, your laughter will be celebrated, and your heart will be safe. We cannot wait to see the amazing person you will become, and who we will become as you are part of us. Welcome to your new life, dig in, be fierce, be brave, be you.
