Our Field Trip to Jacksonville Arboretum & Gardens

Last Monday, the Rethreaded staff took the morning off to explore a unique treasure in the heart of our bustling city. The morning was an important break from the hustle of everyday work life and a chance for each of us to spend time with each other in meaningful ways. The trip started off with a guided tour of the Jacksonville Arboretum and Gardens. We brought a camera along to capture special moments; one of the first being watching a turtle lay her eggs at the beginning of the trail. As we hiked along the paths, some of us were taking pictures, others were clinging to the knowledge of our tour guide, and others were enjoying the splendor that the day brought.

At the end of our tour we gathered in a circle of chairs, laughing and enjoying some snacks. We then came together as one team for some team building exercises and were able to see the beauty and value of each member. It was a great privilege to spend that morning together and we are happy to be able to share some of these moments with you.
